Back in 2018 when I was still a personal finance blogger, I joined a mastermind to take my business to the next level.
It was in that group of women that I realized the lack of financial help in the female entrepreneur world.
I heard their horror stories of going to a “typical” accountant, being talked down to, and leaving with no better understanding of their money.
And I wanted to change that.
Thus, Knies & Co was born with a mission to serve women entrepreneurs in bettering their money.
We want to truly understand how your business works.
We want you to feel like you have an accountant that gets your vision.
And most importantly, we want to help you earn more, save more, and pay yourself more.

Hey, I’m Brittney Suttle…
…the owner of Knies & Co and hopefully your new righthand (wo)man to help manage the numbers side of your business.
EXPERIENCE: A certified public accountant (CPA) with a bachelor’s of science in Accounting & Finance from Marian University (Indianapolis). 10+ years of experience in public accounting and as a senior financial analyst and controller at family-owned distribution company.
FUN FACT: I have hiked the Inca Trail to Macchu Picchu, never put milk in my cereal, and am a firm believer that “gif” is pronounced like “JIF,” the peanut butter.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT AND BOOKKEEPING EXTRAORDINAIRE
EXPERIENCE: Holds a bachelor’s of science in Business Management & Finance from Marian University (Indianapolis) with years of personal experience running a family-owned business.
FUN FACT: I have been to all but 2 states in the US, can’t stand the smell or taste of bacon, and Reese’s PB cups will always have my vote as the best Halloween candy.
Lacey McNally…
SENIOR TAX ACCOUNTANT AND TAX PREP HOTSHOT
EXPERIENCE: A certified public accountant (CPA) with a master’s in accounting from the University of New Mexico and over 13 years of experience in all areas of accounting including bookkeeping, taxes, and audit.
FUN FACT: I swam with (little) sharks in Tahiti, I am the oldest of 7 siblings, and the way to my heart is through coffee or chocolate…(or pickleball?).

BOOKKEEEPER AND MONEY MANAGEMENT QUEEN
EXPERIENCE: Holds a bachelor of science degree in Accounting from Bethune-Cookman University and a master's of business administration with a concentration in Finance from Nova Southeastern University. Possesses 9+ years of accounting experience in the government and education sectors. She is currently studying for the CPA exam.
FUN FACT: I can whip three little boys into shape (think dodging nerf darts like a ninja!), know how to score epic deals at Target, and can't swim but I can dominate land-based activities like a boss.

BOOKKEEPER AND ACCOUNTING WHIZ
EXPERIENCE: An accountant of 8+ years of experience in private companies with a bachelors in Business Administration: Accounting from UNCW and a Masters in Accountancy from Gardner Webb University.
FUN FACT: I am obsessed with my Peloton, love to help coach tee-ball, and have 8 god-kids!
